Cancellation Policy

  1. Due to limited spaces, we ask to be notified of a cancellation at least 48 hours before a scheduled session. We ask that we are notified by phone to ensure that we are made aware of a cancellation as soon as possible.

  2. If you cancel within 48 hours of the start of your booked session, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the session rate paid or can offer to move the booking to an alternative date with no additional cost incurred. The owner has the only right to be flexible here.

  3. Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the session date will receive a 95% refund (due to admin fees).

  4. If Volt MX cancels a session with less than 48 hours notice, a new session will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.
